Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mira Store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have [e.g., 14] days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Certain items (such as personal care products or items on final sale) may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via InstaPay/Bank Transfer as per our store policy). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within [e.g., 12-24] hours of placing it, or before the order has been shipped.

  • If the order has already been processed and handed to the courier, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you may follow the return process after receiving the package.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item), Mira Store will cover all shipping expenses.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or message via our contact channels.
